بررسی روش های نوین در ساماندهی بافت های فرسوده شهری(نمونه موردی : شهر لامرد)
چکیده:
بافت های فرسوده در پهنۀ های شهری دارای بافت تاریخی و مسئله دار مشتمل بر مجموعه ای از محلات قدیمی، به عنوان چالشی چند بعدی در برابر توسعه شهری در اغلب کشورهای جهان مطرح شده است. این مساله به دلیل گستردگی بافت های تاریخی و قدیمی و فرسوده در بافت و بدنه شهرهای ایران جواز اولویت خود را از سوی سیاست گذاران و مدیران شهری و مجامع علمی و تخصصی کسب کرده و در اولویت مطالعات و پژوهشهای شهری قرار گرفته است.
تجربه نشان داده است در مواردی که بافت های فرسوده نیازمند تمام اقدامات توسعه ای باشد چالش های گوناگون و پیچیده ای در عرصه اجتماعی و اقتصادی ، مدیریتی و اجرایی مطرح می¬شود. این پژوهش شهر لامرد را در راستای شناخت موانع و چالش های توسعه محله ای محله های شهری مورد بررسی قرار داده است. جامعه آماری سرپرستان خانوارهای شهری شهرستان لامرد از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی تعیین شده است. داده ها و اطلاعات موردنیاز با بهره گیری از طرح فرادست و نیز طرح خاص این شهر و منابع موجود و نیز پرسشگری از ساکنان محله کسب شده است. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و سپس بوسیله مدل swotتوانها و تهدیدها (محیط بیرونی) ضعف و قوت ها (محیط درونی) محله تعیین شده و در چارچوب دیدگاه ترکیبی تجزیه و تحلیل گردیده است.

Investigation of new methods in organizing worn-out urban tissues (Case study: Lamerd city)
