هرمنوتیک شهرک های جدید
چکیده: هدف اصلی مقاله حاضر، ارائه تحلیلی زمینه ای از «جنبش شهرک جدید» و کنکاش بیشتر در بنیان ها و بُن مایه های فکری و ایدئولوژیکی آن با کمک «روش هرمنوتیک» است. چنین تلاشی از طریق جُستارهایی در تجربیات نوگرایی و برنامه ریزی شهریِ نوگرا و درک دنیای شهری بر پایه انگاره های آرمانی و آرمانشهرگرایی صورت گرفته است. یکی از دلالت های این کار، افکندن پرتویی بر ابعاد مثبت و منفیِ سیاست های شهریِ جامع و ارائه چارچوبی برای درک چالش های شهری شدن در دنیای امروزی است. شهرک های جدید به عنوان پروژه هایی اساساً آرمانی در سده بیستم، بر آن بوده است تا آینده شهریِ بهتری را برای انسان ها رقم بزند؛ آرمانشهرهایی جدید که با نقد همه آنچه در شهرهای موجود وجود داشت، امیدها و انتظارات بسیاری را بر ادعاهای مدعیان آن گره میزد. کاربست روش هرمنوتیک در بازاندیشی گذشته شهرکهای جدید، در این مقاله، نشان میدهد که این جنبش، زمینه و بستر بسیار مناسبی برای کشف و درک بسیاری از زوایای پنهان و نامکشوف برنامه ریزی شهری و منطقه ای در سده بیستم است.

The Hermeneutics of New Towns
Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to provide a contextual analysis of the history of “New Towns” based on the “hermeneutic method” to further inquiries in its intellectual and ideological foundations and essences. Such an attempt has been made through inquiries in the experiences of modernism and modern urban planning and understanding of the utopian presumptions of urban world. One of the implications of this analysis is to shed light on the positive and negative aspects of comprehensive urban planning/policy and to provide a framework for understanding the challenges of urbanization in today's condition. New towns, as essentially utopian projects in the twentieth century, have constructed to shape a better urban future for human. In this paper, the application of the hermeneutic method for inquiring and rethinking of the new towns shows that this movement is a very suitable historical context for discovering and understanding many hidden and undiscovered aspects of urban and regional planning during of twentieth century
